Kau Kau cuisine:  Interview with pastry chef Michael Bosley
 
Michael Bosley
is a former pastry chef at the 5 star Halekulani
Hotel located on Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii USA.  Part 1 features
a brief history of ethnic foods and the fusion of Pan Asian and
European cuisine in the islands.  Michael will chat about his
experiences and observations of Honolulu’s  food scene
and the restaurant business in Part 2 (interview).
