writer, Arnold Hiura, live from Papaiko, Big Island, Hawaii, has agreed to be
my special guest. Hiura has written two
popular books entitled “Kau Kau: Cuisine and Culture in the
Hawaiian Islands” and “From Kau Kau to Cuisine: An Island Cookbook Then &
Now” and many other publications on the subject.
